Welcome to CamLive. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CamLive mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

CamLive has no account system and operates no servers, so there is no account for us to suspend or terminate. All of your data is held on your device under your control: you may clear your match archive, saved settings and platform connections at any time from within the app, and uninstalling CamLive removes all remaining local data. Access to the application itself may be withdrawn where we determine that use would infringe the rights of others or violate these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the CamLive application on your mobile device. This license covers personal use and legitimate commercial use, including running paid or sponsored broadcasts, tournament coverage and venue events, provided you do not redistribute, resell or repackage the application itself.

CamLive, our logo, and other marks are trademarks of CamLive. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

BECAUSE CAMLIVE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, YOU AGREE THAT THE $100 FIGURE ABOVE IS A NOMINAL LIMIT AND NOT A STATEMENT OF ACTUAL OR EXPECTED DAMAGES.

CamLive is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future.
If we introduce paid features, we will provide clear pricing information and obtain your explicit consent before charging you. CamLive is currently distributed directly from our website and is not listed on the Google Play Store, so payments would be processed by us rather than through the Play Store, and we would present the applicable payment and refund terms before any purchase.
Any refund terms for future paid features would be stated before purchase and would form part of your agreement at that point. Until we introduce paid features, there is nothing to refund.
We may update the Service from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. CamLive does not currently update itself automatically: new builds are published on our website, and you install them yourself. You agree that we have no obligation to provide updates or continue supporting older versions of the application.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Because CamLive has no account system, there is nothing to delete on our side: uninstalling the application, or clearing your data from within it, removes your local match archive, settings and stored credentials. Platform connections you have made with YouTube or Facebook must be revoked through those platforms as well.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except as modified by these Terms.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.
